I am a tenant who resides at this place of safe haven for my grandson and myself. We moved from the state of WA in 2008 and have been so grateful to have found such a wonderful place and such great office management and maintenance staffs. The maintenance staff really cares and come out to fix repairs if needed. Not only myself have discovered this group of staff workers to an outsanding job but the other tenants that I have spoken with have also found the same results. I have not found a more organizaed team than I have found at SOUTHMOOR APARTMENTS! Keep up the good work!!

I have to agree that this is a pretty nice place to stay. A co-worker of mine just moved into a 2-bedroom here because he liked it better than the other apartments he was staying at. The staff seem genuinely concerned about their residents and most of them do greet me by my name. Maintenance requests were fulfilled within a few days.

And Frank, I really want to Thank You very much for taking care of the situation even though it had nothing to do with you. But you showed me that you are not going to let the residents down when a situation arises. For that you are Awesome. Tasha, thank you for staying on top of getting informtion back and forth.
